Sell lesson and session packs, and get paid before the work starts
Create credit packs like 10 driving lessons or a 5-class pass. Customers buy them online, spend them when they book, see their balance in their portal and top up when they run low.
- Paid up front
- Spent automatically at booking
- Gift credit for birthdays and Christmas

Chasing payment lesson by lesson costs you time and money
Taking cash or bank transfers after every session means awkward conversations, late payments and lessons that are never paid for. Paper punch cards get lost and spreadsheets go out of date.
With prepaid credit, customers pay for a block up front. Each booking takes a credit automatically, everyone can see the balance, and you get paid before you turn up.
How it works
- 1
Create your packs
Choose what customers hold, such as sessions, minutes or money, and set prices for packs like 5, 10 or 20 sessions.
- 2
Sell them online
Customers buy packs from your shop or portal and pay by card. Credit lands in their wallet as soon as they pay.
- 3
Spend it when they book
Bookings take credit automatically. Customers get a reminder when their balance runs low so they can top up.
Credits that run themselves
Credit wallets
Every customer has a balance they can see in their portal, with a full history of what was bought, used and returned.
Pay with credit at booking
Booking calendars can accept credit, card or both, and cancellations within your rules put the credit back.
Gift credit
Let customers buy a pack as a gift. You choose the send date and the recipient redeems it with a link or code.
Low balance reminders
Customers are reminded to top up before they run out, so the next booking isn't held up.
Expiry rules
Set credit to expire after a period if you want to, and it is handled automatically.
Clean finance records
Every pack sale and refund appears in Finance alongside your invoices and payments.
Try it with your own business, free for 14 days.
