What true white label means in a client portal
White label is a strict standard. Every surface the client touches must be your brand. That includes the URL they visit, the favicon in their browser tab, the login page they land on, the email they receive when invited, the colour scheme they see inside the app, the sender of every transactional notification, the social preview when a link is shared, the mobile experience on iOS and Android, and the legal links at the bottom of every page.
If any of those points reveals the vendor, the white-label promise has a leak. Clients notice leaks. The leak does not have to be obvious — a single email from "no-reply@vendor.com" is enough to break the illusion. A client portal that takes white label seriously will close every leak, not just the ones that show up on the homepage.
