It finds PDFs from your WordPress media library, your sitemap and links on your pages, and reads up to 100 per chatbot. You choose which ones it may recommend.
Will it share our competitors' documents?
No. What it learns about competitors' products is kept apart from your own knowledge. It uses it only to understand what a visitor means and suggest your product instead, and never links to a competitor.
Will it make things up?
