Will it give legal advice?
Not if you tell it not to. Add topics to avoid and switch on 'only answer from what it's been taught', and it will explain your services and offer a consultation instead.
Is it GDPR friendly?
Visitor IP addresses are never stored in plain form, the lead form can ask for consent and link to your privacy policy, and deleting a lead deletes that visitor's chats too.
Will it make things up?
It answers from your website, your documents and the questions and answers you add. You can tell it to only answer from what it's been taught, and when it doesn't know it says so and offers a form, your phone number or a message of your choice.
